薬害ヤコブ病の被害を引き起こした企業は、いまだに被害者の訴えにこたえる姿勢を示していません。脳乾燥硬膜「ライオデュラ」を製造したドイツB.ブラウン社と、同社が加盟するドイツ商工会議所に対して要請のメールを送る運動が進んでいます。

I am 氏名, a conscious citizen in Japan concerned with the iatrogenic CJD victims who received human dura mater (Lyodura) transplants during surgery. I have been following this problem since there is always a possibility for this type of problem to occur without notice if the problem is not solved with the knowledge being announced to the public.
According to the court hearings in Shiga Prefecture and Tokyo, it was disclosed that the responsibilities of the defendant, the manufacturer of Lyodurs, B. Braun Melsungen AG, is evident and that B. Braun Melsungen AG is to take their responsibility as the manufacturer in resolving this issue with the individuals involved in the CJD outbreak in Japan. In addition thecourts issued a "Declaration of Settlement" requesting the defendants and the plaintiffs to meet and solve the issue. The public knowledge as of date is that there has been no major discussions or settlements between the defendants and plaintiffs due to negligence and lack of concern of the manufacturer, B. Braun Melsungen AG of the product, Lyodura.
I would like to strongly request and ask why you and your company can neglect such a major sociological problem. I am sure that from humanitarian aspects one cannot neglect the responsibilities of the manufacturer. It is known that you have not made any official statements concerned with your responsibilities or even apologized to the victims and their families who were infected with CJD for your product.
I have had high respects for German people and the products manufactured in Germany. But after following the CJD cases in Japan, I am stating to doubt the reliability and trust I had with the German people and the products manufactured in Germany since I believe that your negligence to the CJD victims are inhumane. I trust you do respect the CJD victims and their families and that you will take immediate actions to resolve this problem. I will be following this issue with hopes that I may be able to continue to respect and trust you and your colleagues in the future.

I am a Japanese citizen who would like to make an official complaint of your negligence to the Japanese CJD victim being focused on the television, newspapers and magazines. From the humanitarian points of view, I believe that your actions are inhumane and that not only myself but also the general Japanese public are angry about your company's actions. In order for you and your company to regain the faith of the Japanese public, I strongly recommend that you take prompt action and announce the responsibilities you will take as the manufacturer of the causative product, Lyodura and make formal apologies to the CJD victims in Japan.
I personally have lost faith and respect of German products due to you and your company's inhumane actions and your lack of responsibilities to the product that you market.

I am a concerned citizen of Japan on the problem of iatrogenic CJD due to human dura mater graft during surgery, mainly Neurosurgery in Japan. The product mentioned as the source of CJD is Lyodura, dried human dura mater manufactured by B. Braun Melsungen AG (B. Braun) of Germany. I would like to inform you that this company, B. Braun is inhumane and neglects their responsibilities as the manufacturer. They have absolutely no concern to take the responsibility in the causation of CJD in Japan due to their faulty manufacturing procedure (specifically their confirmation or control of the dura mater B. Braun obtained from the human remains and in confirming their sterilization procedure). They major concern or complaint that I have is that B. Braun has not yet even apologized to the CJD victims and their families in the causation of this fatal disease.
I have keep myself updated on this problem through the mass media but I have not yet seen any humane action of B. Braun. I have had a lot of faith on German products since the products are excellent and reliable. But after knowing about this problem, I have lost faith in German products since I believe that German companies have no responsibility for the products they manufacture. B. Braun is one of your members of the Deutscher Indusurie- und Handelstag and I believe that there has been no warning issued to B. Braun concerning this problem that they caused in Japan. I believe that your organization is reputable and respects the consumers as humans unlike B. Braun who is inhumane and neglects their responsibilities. I believe that if this problem is left unnoticed, the relationship between German citizens and Japanese citizens may have devastating effects that may result in thwarting national relations.
I sincerely hope that our human relationship and the country's friendship is not destroyed because of one company in Germany who neglects their responsibilities and to respect the CJD victims caused by Lyodura.
I would like to reestablish my faith in the citizens of Germany (I am sure that when the citizens of Germany know what kind of problem B. Braun has caused in Japan, the people of Germany will have the same feeling that I have and hopefully there will be some kind of action to B. Braun) and products of Germany.

As a citizen of Japan and a consumer of German products, I would like to know if you are aware of what kind of problem B. Braun Melsungen AG (B. Braun) has caused in Japan and that they neglect to take their responsibility as the manufacturer of the contaminated product. I believe that due to B. Braun's poor manufacturing procedure and quality control a lot of innocent people have deceased due to iatrogenic CJD, not only in Japan but even in other parts of the world.
B. Braun is cold-blooded that they neglect to apologize to the CJD victims and also neglects their responsibilities as the manufacturer. Since B. Braun is one of the official members of Deutscher Indusurie- und Handelstag. I would like to inform you of this knowledge of the existing problem in Japan.
